About the composer:
Professional cellist, composer. First pieces goes back to my childhood. Piano pieces, string quartet movements as teenager, official opus 1 as cello student at the Royal Danish Conservatory of Music in Copenhagen. Several pieces from this period, than a long period of silence between 1986 and 2012. No inspiration, my life was busy, working as a professional cellist in Copenhagen Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2012 I resumed composing, and since then, there has been a steady stream of compositions. Works for cello and cello ensemble is the core repertoire.
