Harald Fryklöf (1882 to 1919) was a Swedish organist and composer. He was appointed organist at one of the largest churches in Stockholm, Sweden, at the age of 26. This is a clear indication of an impressive talent. His small piano pieces are in my ears little gems, and I have made the adoption to double bass quartet as faithful as possible, no notes are changed or modified in the pieces themselves. I just added the bridges in between, and they, or some of them, can be omitted. |
